That's completely normal, especially early on. This isn't instant magic, it's learning to recognize your own signals, and that takes reps. Some people get hits day one, others feel nothing for a couple weeks and then it clicks. Both are exactly right.

Keep showing up and practicing... Most women who think they're "not getting anything" are actually picking up more than they realize, that's why the community feedback is so important!

No. Live practice happens in small breakout groups of just you and one or two others, so you're never put on the spot in front of the whole room.

The monthly group reading is done by us, you just receive it. You share as much or as little as you want.

Life happens. The daily videos are only 5–15 minutes, so catching up after a missed day or two is easy, and your 37-day window gives you breathing room. Just don't let a missed day turn into a missed week... show up when you can

We want you all in. Complete at least 80% of the daily exercises, show up to at least one live session a week, and if after 30 days you genuinely feel you didn't connect with your intuition, we'll refund you. Just email us within 7 days of your challenge end date.
